wouldnt be surprised if the malaysian gov is waiting until post elections before issuing tol... they wont want the political hot potato that lynas could bring...
also, im not sure if anyones aware of this, but greece is about to be kicked out of the euro, and that should signal the end of the beginning of the GFC...
just my views, but cash is king at the moment...
