That is dumbing down the medium to closer to how dumb the average price is......the median is a weighted average and in truth and in calculation quite different from just taking the middle.
It is quite possible and fairly consistent that the median will not just be the middle, it will weight all sales against all other sales, if a serious buyer the median is where it's at if a seller or owner take either....the one that best suits your emotional needs.
Why pick on the fairest basic scientific statistic...it's all we have to cut through the scammers in their property spruke.
