wow theres seriously a heap of ROB haters who are seriously thumb downing everyone that talks positive of the company - i wonder why...
AVB and VOR ran to 150 MC during positive market sentiment and they both have HUGE tenements - whereas ROB's tenement size is tiny in comparison...
that said, i agree - its only a matter of "when" and not "if" when theres a major sp pump
