based on previous , not expecting much
This stock was trading at high teens before this all began
13.5c is clearly oversold
As someone put it , you are not the first person to have a real-estate deal go
south , the day before cooling off ends
there always seems to be another offer eventually
( till then the other 1/2 reminds you daily "you should have taken
$435,000 last month "
This is still a fantastic project , which has been
significantly derisked since November
