    Apparently the Qld govt will be or is looking for a partner to rebuil its govt CBD precinct.
    I don't want to be unnecessarily negative but let's hope Watpac has good lawyers if it seeks to get involved.
    These PPPs have been on the whole a bad experience for Leighton.
