Hi dapper. My guess would be that they would be interested in the same thing that MAK was ie his experience from HDR. That was a spectacular story and he was a key player - it certainly got him some nice paying gigs thereafter, none of which have matched that glory for him.
He does have shares in MAK, can't recall how many but I don't think they would be targeting him specifically. For one thing the MAK board is currently unanimously opposed to UCL's offer.
What I find interesting is that he is the only one they have nominated as a potential candidate. It seems like a statement to me that they aren't very impressed by the group MAK have got.
