1)In accordance with the ACt in WA any oil to the surface is deemed a discovery and the Government must be notified within 3 days. Buru must then act on this or forfeit their right to back in.
2) They know where to drill the second well from the data and the second well will hit the sweet spot of the pool. They have known the whole time that they were drilling on the edge.
3) They have the funds to do the next drill.
