    important to point out for those who aren't going to read the report... the valuation methodology for irvine asset is for an undeveloped target .... it uses comparable transaction prices for exploration targets to derive value, ie. cents per ton ... valuation using a DCF/NPV, is likely to be vastly higher ... that, combined with potential for Cockatoo DSO is your bluesky!
