I guess the reason this is trading at such a discount to asset and balance sheet values is because there is some sort of management discount applied to the stock.
It appears to be discounted around 90% from fair value at the moment, which I guess is a few pips better than being priced as if it was going to be run into the ground and bankrupted in the next year.
What is an appropriate level of management discount for Overland?
