If I was ASIC I would throw your complaint in the bin with a terse reply to stop wasting peoples time.

Between 18/5 and 28/5 a total of 246,000 shares traded. An average of 35,000 per day. Almost miniscule. General markets were on the nose, and TZL has been in a news blackout for so long it appeared to me that the selling during the week prior to the Trading Halt was merely by those who had "given up". IMO.

I have been wanting more shares and watched this period of trading carefully for an opportunity to buy. On the morning of the 28th well prior to the open I placed a buy order for 100,000 shares at 24 cents. IMO that had the effect of scaring potential buyers into placing orders above me and I missed out. 69,000 shares traded and I missed out. My mistake was to wait until Monday and place an order too large spooking others into jumping me.

I'm not privy to any insider info and it's hardly worth an ASIC investigation. My order is still there. If the news is good I will probably miss the boat. If it's not so good I may withdraw and await a better price.
