If it came to an all-out bidding war for PDN, I reckon the players to look out for would be Cameco, BHP, Rio, General Atomic (who own Heathgate/Quasar), and possibly Areva in cahoots with somebody.
Then there's the Russians..... not to mention the Chinese and the Indians..
Paladin would be a VERY enticing jewel, with two mines already producing, plus their widespread "wealth in the ground" ranging from Niger to Mt Isa and several points between.
A good hot bidding war would be quite interesting actually...
