Why would they be suggesting drilling Condor in the 2013 drill program? If UC3 reservior has been intersected and contains oil sufficient to test, it follows that it should now be tested, and if a side track was to occur shouldnt it be from UC3 toward a more defined area of Condor. If Condor is not dealt with now, wont this have implications to the FID and GSA. The announcement does not give clarity IMO.
