The market has already factored in the deal with MMK not going through...and hence the SP trading where it is today.
If the court lifts the injunction then MMK are committed to the deal and SP will skyrocket back up to the late 20's...
We are currently trading at a price lower than what were at before the announcement of the takeover...so If the court doesnt lift the injunction then there wont be much movement in the SP...and we all step back and wait for the dust to settle whilst the next suitors come in with their offer...
