class action, page-10

ALL: I am happy to be involved in any class action / litigation - but I have lost $70K + and I am just a fairly normal family guy who has become involved in a company where there has been some serious fraud & misrepresentation going on (on their own admissions). I do not wish to throw more money at something for 'moral' reasons. Happy to be involved, if I am going to recoup some of the lost money & certainly ... I feel very deceived by the company & very angry (but still in shock I think). Ian H.
