Due to my error in calculation of the head grade of the alluvium, my ore in ground value becomes $12 to $15 a tonne instead of $120 to $150. However CUX values their TREO at $US47/kg. At 0.02% REO grade this values a tonne of ore, on their own figures, at $US9.80. If you're only going to recovery 70% of it then your earnings, at maximum, for that ore becomes $US6.86. If we take their $100/kg figure this calculation becomes $14. Again, I haven't included the Zircon, which makes everything look better obviously.
At $2/tonne to mine then that's a lot of your sale price gone before you've even done anything to your ore.
A 20MTPA HMS plant isn't very mobile either. Sorry Stoops, but I'm a non-believer.
