Have done quick a VWAP for shares transacted under 23 cents the last 12 months and found it very interesting that nearly 40 mil shares changing hand ( excluding today ) at around 17/8 cents mark.
If the SP could break and sustain above that level before the buy backs, it's a good chance we will have a good leg up. Otherwise, I think we may need some miracle.
