"like some above, convertible bonds a bit of a mystery to me"
i've read the anns a couple of times and from what i can gather
1. lynas has recieved $225M for issuing 225M bonds
2. the bonds were issued for $1 each
3. conversion price of these bonds is $1.25, which means that either an additional 25c must be paid to convert all the bonds into 225M shares,
or if no additional payment is required, the bonds will convert into 180M shares.
