There are more than enough MNM votes in here to trigger an EGM and vote on how much longer is long enough to allow exergen to make a final decision on the BM JV.

My vote would be to give exergen no more than 4 weeks from receipt of the final BM JORC. They have had plenty of time to consider all the other variables involved, and the JV decision they have to make only relates to construction of a demonstration scale CHTD plant - about $50 million worth, which is peanuts to their owners.

Plus $50 million is retail. Exergen owners sedgman and thiess are likely to build it for more equity in exergen rather than cash.

If exergen can't do this within 4 weeks of a fiunal BM JORC then an inference arises that they are just playing MNM for political advantage, and persisting with them is both pointless and damaging to the best interests of MNM SH.
