I agree 100% with all you have stated , and actually expect a large shortfall on the other stock , which in there case I am actually happy about , to much dilution at the exercise price when they dont need all the cash .
If MHMO sat back , and consolidated Geelong, took their time to spin off the silica business , and delayed the US start to 2013 , it might to have a large shortfall .
Then in 2013 the good news flowed that allowed a raise at 50c , it is far better than all the opps exercising at 20c
