It's not the sort of stock I look at Stocky but I happenned to run the ruler over it last night.First of all they seem cheap on any measure I could apply ,the chart really seems to have found support just below where it is a few times ,everyone seems to think its a dog which always helps and they have a very serious suite of projects.
