    I don't get what that chart showing PLV and CAZ is supposed to show. All I can see is that over 3yrs and 5yrs (i.e. lone term), the returns from CAZ and PLV are very similar. Over the past year, the returns from PLV have been substantially lower. Moral of story: invest for the long-term!
