ROC is definitely a play for those with a medium term view. Given the activities lined up in the back half of the year, there is still some waiting to do, with very little news driving the SP right now other than the ups and downs of global oil prices.
Happy to wait, and acumulate when timing provides opportunities, and look for a return by the end of the year.
