I have been extremely busy of late and can't spend too much time posting away in HC.

But there is one thing that should be clarified to this Forum. And that is that you and some other posters here have continuously attacked anyone else that had a different ideas about supporting the currently existing Board.

I stated many times before that JH has always been, and still is very approacheable, that he was also very easy to talk to, and that the best way for anyone with concerns, was to pick up the phone and ring. Most importantly though, I always directed posters to the fact that there are always two sides to any story.

I have also stated on many occasion that, IMO, he (JH) was made the scapegoat.

As for JH not releasing his side of the story earlier.

Now, You and many others frequenting these threads, have been made aware that there are certain rules and regulation in place that seems to favours the current Board. All Boards for that matter, that finds themselves in the same positions like ours.

Any items that JH would want to be released via the Company, "AT COMPANY'S EXPENSE", will have to be restricted to 1000 words and the board, at their discretion, will have this presentation vetted before releasing it to the shareholders when they see fit. A level playing field? NOT!!!

Any other way of releasing information such as shareholders mailouts, will have to be borne by people like JH themselves. With many many thousands of shareholoders like CTP has, the costs will start to accrue immensely, especially when JH, having being denied entry to his office, wouldn't have immediated access to all those private information any longer.

Can you even imagine the headaches, the costs, and the time consuming in preparing such a mailout?

I can say that, having respect for JH and appreciate what he was trying to do with the company over the many years, I have personally contacted JH in the past, asked the real question, and put my mind at ease as to what was actually going on. My support for him has never being in question.

As for posters continuing to post spooky thing about CP, doom and gloom and all other crap about him, all I can say that it is my personal opinion that you have got it all wrong.

CP is an Aussie icon that has made plenty of money and that many people now are treating him with the tall poppy syndrome desease. All of this, simply because they haven't been able to achieve the same thing themselves, nor had the "Proverbials" of going out on a limb and take a risk.

One thing is for sure though, and that is that I am prepared to have a side bet with you about it, and that is that he would have to be 1 million times better and IMO more reliable than the current Board we have got. IMHO, anyone would have to be better than them.

Finally, as for CB only coming out now and posting that part.
I can assure you and all, that he was not aware of that full explanation before, and he released it as it came available. I am quite sure that, while he knew some of what has now been publicly disclosed, he didn't knew it to the full extent of that. Most importantly it wasn't his duties to disclose any information he may have received during private conversations with JH to a public Forum, until JH's own release .

Obvioulsy it all came to a head now. And it was just about time.
