    supertramp

i do understand your points, but I lean more to the resourced view, and believe it has more to do with labels that anything else -- the data otherwise was always finite and could have been dropped in its entirety, had someone made the decision to do so 'back when' & strapped-it-up accordingly... that didn't happen, and maybe conveniently for labelling reasons...

but for today's purposes and what I see as supporting the sp, is the following:

“We remain confident that CE Mark will be granted in time for the planned start of sales in the UK and Europe at the end of June 2012.”

Should Mercer et al blow that start date, then expect the market to lose confidence in them, with consequences we can anticipate for the share price...

so, it's just another 'stay tuned' announcement until the next - though the next now has a lot of credibility riding on it.. which is interesting from a professional perspective...

anyway, it will happen, as it has to happen for product expiry reasons and getting re-imbursed in the EU, while just a few patients are probably watching and waiting too, with more pressing concerns than how the sp performs over the short term...

    good luck
