Other than the obvious dilution of shares, looking at the Investor Presentation on the 23rd May......
Capital Raising expected to raise $36,700,000 as per page 10 of the presesntation.
The Pro-Forma Balance Sheet (post capital raising) on page 12 of the presentation shows net assets increasing from $101,104,054 to $136,143,749.
The difference is approximately $1,500,000 which i assume is the "cost". If anyone has any insight into this please share with us as I am just assuming the above.
