What "if" TZ did not expect to win the tender. Why was a TH called in such grand fashion? A PR blitz like no tomorrow?
I have discussed today with other holders the expected push on the price - sure enough we've hit 13c and the volumes are starting to come on hard.
If this was a battle I'd say the enemy have been cornered and soon to be put to rest.
