Chand, many of us major shareholder have done plenty of listening over the years. The time is NOW to call and EGM and requisition the removal of the board. A shareholder class action is also warranted (and has a good chance of being successful) considering the long list of questionable actions of the years.

Sure, go ahead and meet them, as is your right. However be prepared to have the meeting governed by their agenda, and be given excuses and reasons which will soon have you wondering whether they only meet vocal shareholders to buy time.

Whatever happens from here - deals or no deals - their actions are inexcusable. JW, as you read this, don't think that you can escape. "Trust the board, the critics will be applauding the board soon". Yeh right!
