The USA facility is in a small town, eager for investment, in the rust belt area of America which is dying for employment opportunities.
Local and state government onboard with concessions.
It is not like we are building a nuclear storage yard, we are bringing green tech, and migrating skilled jobs.
All the design work, that is what Geelong has been all about, getting the process and equipment right, tinkering with it, etc.
