    They clearly stated an off take.
    Not 10 days ago it was in is "final due diligence" stage as reported the the ASX.

    Anyone here think that this C/R was well under way when this ASX release was posted. Or can they piece this together in just 7 business days.

    You can't spin this!
    The ASX caught them out and they had to scramble.
