Regarding the conspiracy theory. I find it difficult to believe MB would have hung around if the QVT buyout theory is true. I agree TZ's recent lack of promotion is bordering on bizarre.

Surely if QVT had been putting pressure on MB, he would have pulled the pin on his relationship with TZ. Why would he hang around. If in fact the theory is true, it's not going to take Sherlock Holmes to figure out what's been going on.

I'm not happy at all with our current situation, but I can't see how TZ directors would be colluding with QVT for QVT's benefit. Too much risk for what benefit to the directors?

I'd support any shareholder action to find out what the @#$# happened with the AP deal and where are we heading for the next 12 mths.
