We have NO idea what PAD is worth.
We all know that TZ does not disclose all deals. We also know from the related parties mismatches, that the TZ accounts once again cannot be relied up as the auditors also didn't pick up on this.
So PAD will be sold for:
a) "irons in the fire" +
b) undisclosed deals +
c) buyer premium based on desire for product
Equals = No idea.
One thing is for sure, it will be less than it should be.
