Ironman, If it is trading at 0.04 b4 consolidation then thats the opening price 40cents, your example is very misleading. Busyboy, cr's are done at any price, you are missing things like a more controlled register which will only serve to the buying power and hopefully accelerate any upward movement on good news. There are just as many pro's as cons in my books,but it will flush out the day traders. All the best 2 all.
