Big week for PRH shareholders! Looks like no other option for us other than accept the SLR offer. Any alternative offer needed to be out there by now to ensure it could secure enough votes first and foremost to block the SLR deal.
The roller coaster ride for the SLR share price has made it difficult to value the share based offer.
It will be interesting to see how many PRH share holders are prepared to stay on board with SLR or sell out. Most will be carrying heavy losses and it may appeal to come for the ride.
The big rise in the gold price last night may be a good sign!
