Zonetrader, Hancock set up the trust & it was to be handed over to his grandkids when the youngest turned 26 or so. That happened last september & Gina held back & wanted to extend control over the trust for another 30 years.
One of the pionts Ginas kids a fighting for is access to the finacial records of the trust, surly that is a reasonable request but they are having to take her to court to do so.
So what we have is Gina contoling a trust set up for her kids but she is refusing them full benifet of it & withholding the finacial records. Why I ask?
