Are we there yet ??

I think it was sck who noted the theoretically completed double top on the DJIA. I had noticed that too but the market doesn't feel like it is done yet. Something else I noticed was that the neckline of last year's DJIA double top proved to ultimately be the 38.2% line rather than the traditional 50% line. Here is a comparison between last year's double top and this years. The good news is that if we follow the same road map then we are three quaters of the way there now.
