Submission on draft decision on UCLL pricing
Chorus has made a submission in response to the Commerce Commission draft
UCLL benchmarking determination that was issued on 4 May 2012. A copy of
Chorus' submission is attached.
Chorus' submission is part of the Commission's consultation process which
will also include cross-submission and conference processes. The Commission
expects to issue a final decision in August.
A copy of all submissions, including the expert reports supporting Chorus'
submission, will be available on the Commission's website:
