Time has told regarding Sri Lanka. Lets not forget the first mention of a major export deal for 20 - 30 units was in July 2010 and negotiations were well advanced then. In June 2012 it is effectively dead IMHO. But like MDV itself a miracle could happen and if it does we will rise from the dead.
