    philby3,

    You are spot on.
    Dual listing is a positive.
Selling off assests not required. In fact I will be considering the conflict of interest if they try to sell off the assets with a float into another company bringing that capital back to GBE only with us having to buy into the new entity.

Further I see the new entity as a possible plan for ECE to overcome the rare earths provisions of the FIRB agreement to sell them 51,52,53% of GBE.

The past deal with ECE has not proven to date!

No yes vote from me at this stage and I will be reviewing the FIRB issues and will not hesitate to make this a FIRB issue is I see it as a minority shareholders only option ot stop the deal if I think I will be worse off.

I will wait for the proposal but if they are not issuing in 1 for 1 in the new entity and seting up that entity with funds to progress then it will be a big NO!
