Yep Kiwi is right. They have over 90% so they will just take your shares from you for the current offer - $1.50 cash and 18 WNI share for 1 BRM share.
I might not be a shareholder any more but I was happy to fire a complaint off to the ASX about the Brockman directors still claiming to be "independent"
They handed their shares over for WNI shares in March so I think its a false and misleading claim to call themselves "independent"
Knowing our luck the ASX or ASIC will just say its perfectly ok for your directors to hold shares in the takeover company and preach to its shareholders that they should accept the woeful offer ( the offer that is substantially less than the previous one which they told shareholders to REJECT!.)
