There is nothing 'speculative' about Peak, so Im a bit annoyed with Pato's about that label.
PEK has a proven jorc resource and the demand for REE's is going to grow exponentially with the demand for consumer electronics, battery powered vehicles, solar etc.
Lynas did not invest $200 mill in its processing plant without being sure the REE industry was a long term viable and profitable one.
My bet is that once the lynas plant is operational, Peak will look to take up some capacity there (rather than build its own plant) and it will then focus on fast tracking its mine.
This will be the rocket that Peak's SP needs !!
