    Sorry but have not seen your posts here before,

    You say Cotttee has "sufficient incentives " to achieve results,

    My read is that he has no incentives at all!

    My read is he will get $375k just to sign on! What kind of incentive is that for a long term commitment?

    So if the EGM does not approve his Board appointment how much does he walk with?
