I heard about BHP freezing expansion on large project on the ABC (see link below). Now I don't think this will impact the purchase of MEP's tenement by BHP, but there is a small chance it will. This could be the reason for the SP sliding - there is too much uncertainty. I don't have insight into this what do you think out there? Is there a chance this may be terminated? Too small for BHP to even consider termination?
I think the deal will happen and we will see higher SP, just thought I bring it up...
