I don't think anyone is arguing if this ann. is positive or not. If they are they should look at the production downgrade for the period.

Merely your assessment of the current production rate and cash flow. I think you are wrong in your observation "In other words RED is still losing money and @ this mining rate( if not improved) they will reduce their cash position at the end of next Q. Time will tell."

Unless you mean next quarter as in the next quarterly report not the next quarterly operating period...
