I'd have to agree. If the dilution can be removed by paying cash then I'd be happy.
Cash we can make up for, dilution is in my simple understanding much harder to remove and is detrimental to me immediately.
My holding has always been about dividend income and certainly the mooted dilution of our holdings IS NOT in the best interest of current share holders. Maybe CRF CEO Steven Sewell can explain how can it be?
So in my mind this is blatant contravening of the board of directors duty.
