as for the PB deal its actually a win win for both parties imo X dont have to do the "heavy lifting" and AVB didnt have to pay a dime...

as i posted before maybe you should look at selling if you're not happy with AVB's direction, i'd hate to be in a coy at the moment that im not happy with..... not looking to argue as i have been quite entertained with some of your postings of late.
