    Roh,

The best way to do a job on a Company without running any major risks, or runnin g very low risks indeed, is to let the company prove itself while spending their own money, and then finish the job when everything is ready to go.

And it is usually all done with an initial allocation of a large amount of shares and letting them putting their foot in the door.
    "THE TROJAN HORSE" scenario.

I don't know if you have been involved or participated in any takeover before. If you did, you then can't deny what I have said.

Lets put to you in this way Roh. It is a lot worse having
three dictating shareholders than having just one. For if they are to join up, there is nothing stopping them and there would be very little that WM could do to stop them. Once they will have their 50% plus one share, they have got us by the proverbials.

Besides who are the three major sharholders?

Two of them, for what we know, could be in bed together already, and the third one is only someone that is there for the sole purpose of making a quick dollar. That is what the financial institutions do, don't they?

I am pretty sure that AKA can tell us if he agrees the above scenario I have just painted in the last few pragraghs, can become reality or not. Note that I have said "can", not "will".

In finishing off, I tend to agree with what JC has said. It is not very often that I do agree with him but, this time I do as he has put forward a strong argument.
