I find Maks grievance about Ucls forward looking statements rather bemusing.If you go back on some of the statements they made re timeline of Wonarah you will see what I mean.When BON holders took up MAK offer I recall Mak SP was 49.5 cents.Then there was the special chance to to take part in SPP at 43 cents??As far as NMDC until Indian government/bureacracy gets simpler to deal with trust me its too hard.Not to mention Indians will screw you down to bottom dollar and then after doing that wasnt a free gift-in this case being Sandpiper.MB holdings /middle eastern contact is going to be a far better option.Both Mak and Ucl holders have the right to feel that none of the offers from both parties have been ideal but sometimes you have to settle for the best of what is offered and get on with the task in hand.
