i strongly disagree....long term lynas watchers will remember the trouble Lynas got in last year when they made the annoucement of likely sept production start date .....which the malaysian papers picked up on and gave the malaysian govt. grief on......what ever annoucement they make will be picked up by the malaysian papers and they cannot be seen as taking the TOL for granted....
