I think this from the last Ann should've given us a hint that there will be capital raising.
"Enerji continues to develop its pipeline of prospects for the Opcon Powerbox in the mining industry and remote town sites while also exploring project and equipment finance options."
When I was at the last AGM it was said that ERJ were in high level talks with 3 different financiers so I assume they have reached some form of agreement, the big emphasis was on the reduction of share dilution, so I'm thinking this trading halt will be followed up with a new bridging loan to fund further installs, with further PPA's bring announced not long after.
So in my humble opinion I believe things a revving up for quickly for some major developments
