Three company making announcements due anytime over the next month :

1 "The Company also advises that previously reported licensing due diligence activities being conducted
by an international pharmaceutical company in relation to ATL1103 are progressing and ANP
anticipates being in a position to report on any material outcomes from this process before the
middle of this year."

2 "ANP expects to execute a Strategic Alliance and Joint Venture
Agreement with Tianjin International Joint Academy of Biotechnology and Medicine (TJAB) by July
2012 which would see ATL1102 move back into development for multiple sclerosis, as well as for the
new stem cell mobilization and asthma indications."

3. "By mid-year, ANP expects to advise of the
status of its Option to License Agreement for ATL1101 for cancer with Afandin Pty Ltd."

I speculate that Pfizer will come to the party on ATL1103 leaving us with heaps of cash. We already know from media reports they are running the ruler over ISIS.

I am also hoping that the option agreement with Afandin expires and we fund directly the $1 mil required to get the ball rolling. This probably won't happen as Antisense is hot right now and Anfandin will exercise their option.
